Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone
- sponge fingers
- 1 cup strong coffee or espresso
- Kahlúa (original)
- 1 egg
- icing sugar
- 1 cm vanilla
- 1 square chocolate
Instructions
- Add a splash of Kahlúa to the coffee and pour it over the sponge fingers, waiting until it is completely absorbed.
- Separate the egg, mixing the yolk with some icing sugar to make a smooth paste.
- Add the vanilla and a splash of Kahlúa to the egg mixture, and mix it with the mascarpone.
- Whisk the egg whites and fold them into the mascarpone.
- Cover the sponge fingers with the mascarpone mix, and grate the chocolate over the top.
- Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
