Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion. Add butter and the onion to a pot, cover and cook on medium heat until onions are translucent.
  2. Add the risotto rice and stir.
  3. Add all the vegetable stock and saffron.
  4. Once all the rice is cooked, add grated Cheddar, salt and pepper to taste.
