A creamy rice dish, which is handy for using up leftover pork from a roast dinner.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion and mushrooms.
  2. Add butter and the onion to a wide and flat pot, cover and cook on medium heat until the onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add the pork and mushrooms, and cook until done.
  4. Add the rice and vegetable stock, cover and cook until all the stock is absorbed.
  5. Add the sour cream and salt and pepper, mix and serve.
