Springy pizza dough for Chicago style and flat pizzas.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups water
- 0.5 cup oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 cups plain white flour
- 0.5 cup cornmeal
- 2.5 tsp yeast
Instructions
- If using a bread maker, place all the ingredients inside in the order that they are listed above
- Choose the pizza setting
- If making the dough by hand, knead it until all ingredients are mixed well
- Leave the dough to rise for two hours in a warm place, or overnight in the refrigerator
