Corned beef fritters

Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp plain flour
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cut the corned beef into 1 cm slices.
- Beat the egg and pour it into a flat bottomed dish, place the flour in a second flat bottomed dish.
- Dip each slice of corned beef in the beaten egg, making sure that it is well coated, then in the flour.
- Fry the coated corned beef slices in oil on a very hot frying pan, use more oil if needed.
