  1. Cut the corned beef into 1 cm slices.
  2. Beat the egg and pour it into a flat bottomed dish, place the flour in a second flat bottomed dish.
  3. Dip each slice of corned beef in the beaten egg, making sure that it is well coated, then in the flour.
  4. Fry the coated corned beef slices in oil on a very hot frying pan, use more oil if needed.
