Ingredients

• 1 measure rum
• 1.5 measure lime juice
• 1 measure blue curaçao
• 1 measure sugar syrup

Instructions

1. Chill a cocktail glass
2. Add the curaçao and rum to a cocktail mixer.
3. Juice the limes and add the juice to the mixer.
4. Prepare the sugar syrup by mixing approximately one third of a measure of caster sugar with two thirds of a measure of water. Add to the mixer.
5. Mix gently and filter into the chilled cocktail glass.
