Beef burgers with basil
Tasty burgers that go well with sesame seed buns, salad and other trimmings.

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp English mustard
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper
- 6–10 fresh basil leaves
- 500 g beef mince
- olive oil
Instructions
- Blend or chop finely the onion, then mix with the egg, mustard, ketchup, salt and pepper to taste
- Chop or tear the basil leaves into small pieces, then add to the onion mixture
- Add the beef to the onion mixture, making sure that everything is well mixed
- Fry in olive oil
